[ 67] Bane: Uh Oh! The world is changing!

Good Day Everyone,
First off, I am not the old Bane. Nor am i in any way
whatsoever related to him.
Now that there can be no misunderstanding about that,
I'm happy to tell you that from now on, I will either
be pleasing, or be disturbing you with some new code.
These changes will be in as of next reboot:
* You will not be able to use a voodoo on someone in jail or arena anymore.
* Some typos are fixed in among others the time command.
* Vortexing someone out of jail corner or arena will no longer be possible
* Forget will also work for heronet
* Gravity won't cause you to fall into private rooms or through doors anymore.
* when a pker dies by a pet, the corpse will go to the pet's owner instead of ground.
* "RIP doesnt work, have to relog" thing is of the past.
* Questtargets can be killed by pets and you will be able to quest complete.
* Both arena winner and loser receive 2 ticks of protection voodoo.
* Hero's cannot enter newbie rooms anymore.
* Fled penalty will now be gone after death.
* Property access bug fixed.
* Airship commands and property will now only be available to 2nd tier.
* There will be a factionlist command, to list members of a faction, alike clanlist.
* you will be able to set a description on your pets again.
* In character creation you will now be shown the right helpfiles.
This is just the beginning.
Keep an eye on the change board.
