Changes have been made to some faction commands, namely the
membership ones. All commands are now contained in the FACTION
command, including 'Faction List' which shows all the factions, there
will be a 'faction list' type command like clans which will show
members, that ain't in just yet.
FACTION COMMAND [ Syntax: Type FACTION <Option> ]
FACTION LIST : Like the old faction command, shows a list of factions.
FACTION RECRUIT : Used to offer someone citizenship.
FACTION RANK : Used to set rank (Citizen, Member, Architech, Leader)
FACTION REMOVE : Kicks the faction member out.
Basically I removed the Fmember, Fcitizen, Fleader, etc etc.
