Here's another set of changes.
These changes are in affect as of now:
* Email command now works.
* Steal no longer works when you have fled penalty.
* You can no longer fight someone out of range with rescue.
* Level 39 pkmessage is changed.
* According to Rule 1 1: No more spelling mobs (except pets and mounts).
* According to Rule 1 2: Only quest object owners can pick up their questobject.
* You can no longer go into an air room without fly.
* Teleport no longer tries to transport you to closed areas.
* You can only group with people within 5 levels range.
* The string editor has more functionality [See Below].
* A visibility bug with mobs and mprogs has been fixed.
* Several other background bugfixes.
The string editor is the thing you get when using desc edit
or note edit and alike. Try .h in it for a full list of its
functions. '.x' is a new formatting command which formats
stuff in a much nicer way, and keeps blank lines! you can
even specify the text width you want. Try it out
