The PROPERTY FURNITURE command has been overhauled. Instead of the
previous system with its few and limited, uncustomizable choices, this
new system basically uses a generic furniture object. There are three
and only divided by their 'seating noun'. Some furniture you sit AT,
some you sit ON, and some you IN.
You purchase the item and use several commands to customize it. You
can set the NAME (Keywords to Identify It), SHORT description which is
seen when you sit down on it, and LONG description which is seen when
you enter or look in the room. You can set how many people can sit on
the furniture (1 to 25), and the HEALS option puts a 750% healing rate
on it (like the old healing furniture). There are also 40 Drinking
Fountains you can purchase, each with a different liquid. The fountains
are also 'customizable' like furniture. EQLockers will be in the future,
but not at this time.
There is also a SELL option, which will remove the piece of furniture
and give you a 75% refund on the original price. When selling furniture
which has the healing option, you will also be refunded 75% total cost
of that option.
