[ 84] Bane: Referrals and stuff.

The voting has been working and is drawing all kinds of new
people to Waterdeep. To encourage inviting new players, we
will from now on have a referral system.

This means that a new player can enter the name of one of
the characters of the person who invited them.When the new
player's character reaches 2nd tier hero, a referral point will
be given to the character entered at character creation.

These referral points can be used to buy interesting things
which will be listed soon.

Measures have been taken to avoid people using it for themselves.
The points will be given only when both characters are online
and the new character has reached 2nd tier hero.


Also, as of now, liches will have rescue. This means that a
strong potential to tank in pk can finally be put to
use.

The problems with containers and eqlockers should be fixed
now, they are now also burnproof . Items inside eqlockers
will not show up with the locate spell anymore.
