[ 90] Dugmaren: Daggerford Bypass, Trade Way makeover

We had an update of the areas, so a few small changes come in:
A bypass route around the city of Daggerford was added as a convenience
for those who couldn't figure out how to get by the city closing system.
Just for the record, there should be no reason why anyone should be
prevented from reaching either city gates, day or night, both of which
are passable with the pass door spell.
The Trade Way and surrounding areas were given a little makeover. FoD
Crypt was given some color and additional warnings for those who might
venture in unaware.
A storage container shop was added in the City of Waterdeep for those
with an itch for organization. There are numbered storage bins and
colored drawers you can use either by themselves or with equipment
lockers to organize your lives.
