The following changes have taken place...
* Faction WHO brackets have been removed and the information placed to the right of
clan information. Faction Rank is also to the right of the clan information of the
WHO FLAG BRACKET, and are seen as C, M, A, L.
* All you old farts who liked the OldScore, can now toggle it on with Config Oldscore.
When turned on, you'll see the oldscore in place of typing 'score', without having to
alias it or type 'oldscore'.
* Faction list will be fixed after factions give me their color codes.
* The 'disalignments' that will be seen in WHO, will be fixed. These are people with
WHO restrings (which were 17 characters) and they must be expanded to 23 characters.
