This has been changed for several days now, but I wanted to make note in the change board that
recall has been reformed to its 'previous' incarnation, meaning unclanned people will recall
to the Temple of Life, instead of the 'Local' Recall. The 'Local' command is still available for
use of the local recalls, some zones may be changed as we will include more 'local' local recalls.
It can also be noted that 'Word of Recall' acts in the same manor as local recall.
