[ 98] Nisstyre: Prompt, Lore & Finger

Had to do a little coding (admin commands) but I wandered off and did several other
things I've wanted to do...
1. The Cargo Timers are now available for prompt use, there are two, 'JobTimer'
which is used when on the job or you quit & have to wait. The other is 'Next_Cargo'
which is the timer that counts down after completing a cargo run (different timer
since there's space for different jobs). Might merge them into one counter sometime
in the future...
%j = Jobtimer
%J = Next_Cargo
2. Item creation time is now seen with the lore command, this will be useful come
dupe check times.
3. Since I was fucking with cretime to real time convertion code, your 'birthday' is
now displayed in the finger command (replacing Job). This date is generated when you
create your character (or reroll too I think).
