[100] Bane: recent changes.

Yes, I'm back.
That said here are the changes till now:
* The airships bug has been fixed, go buy new ships!
* The noteboard system will now check who you're trying to send to and tell you if they dont exist.
* The questsystem had an overhaul, bugs were removed and it will now tell you if someone kills your mob.
* Quest info now shows useful info and other questrelated stuff you can find out for yourself.
* All the breath spells have been changed, if you have comments, send them to immortals, especially eppy and myself.
* The pkstats command (pkstats help) is now available to everyone.
* Also from now on the mud will fix known problems with airships automaticly.
These are in summary the most noticable changes i made for now.
To answer the questions i have been getting, I was gone because of work, which sucked.
I'm glad that i'm now looking for a new job without those idiotic hours.
That sums up why i was gone for a while and why i'm here again.
Glad to be back.
