[101] Bane: Pkstats, airships, moneytransfer

After next reboot, the following changes will take effect:
Pkstats will be expanded to show all clans, including NPK, loner,
outlaw and non clanned. This expansion will sadly cause the
current statistics to be deleted.
Airship anchors should now work properly again, and most
if not all problems with airships should be fixed. If you
encounter any, let me know.
From now on, if you quit in an airship or if the mud reboots,
you will be automaticly transfered to Westbridge Recall.
This is a measure for security reasons, with people popping up
in different ships after reboots.
And last but not least, you will now be able to transfer money
directly into another character's bankaccount. For security
reasons, the recipient of the money has to be online and visible
to you. Else it would be abusable in a way i will not disclose
There is no maximum amount, you can safely transfer over 50k.
The command is called moneytransfer and by typing it without
argument you will see how it works.
Those are the most significant changes for today.
