[115] Epsilon: Bug Bounties!

I'm instituting a "bug bounty" program. The way this will work is
that for a minor bug, you'll get 1k platinum. For a major bug, you'll
get 25k platinum. If you report a bug that's a serious game-breaker
of some description, I'll make a special prize of some sort - probably
an ID badge of some sort.
Note to me and only me with the bugs you find. Keep in mind, it will
be my decision alone as far as what consitutes a "minor," "major," or
"game-breaking" bug. This program is more to give you a small bonus
for paying attention than a way to make money.
Bug reports that aren't bugs will be ignored. Excessive bug reports
that aren't bugs will "earn" you a one-on-one conference with me.
Overall, I encourage y'all to go bug-hunting though and let us
know what y'all find!
