[125] Bane: Pklegend and some more

As of now, pklegend has been reset. Also the rating is from now on based
on a different algorithm taking groups and clans into account.
In the next few weeks, we'll see how it goes. I will then pick a standard
timeframe maybe each month or each couple of months, where pklegend will
be reset. There will then be an AP reward for those that were on the
top of the list.
Furthermore a lot has been done to squash existing bugs and tools are
in place to identify and resolve any new ones that might arrise.
Notes will live a little bit longer from now on and you can no longer
send to one of the former factions nor can former factionmembers read
notes of new clans anymore.
Our Head Builder has also asked me to convey to you the following:
The following changes are now in effect:
New Area!
Nibelheim, part of FF7, is now in place courtesy of Orn. Take your
level 65 - Hero along for some brand new leveling action and some cool
new toys. (Area to be found right before the Museum of Creatures.)
Revamped Area!
For all you lowbies out there, take a new look at an old area. Gangland
has been revamped with new experience and better items. Great for those
level 1 through 40, with spells, of course, courtesy of Sanria.
Mana Scrolls
