[131] Bane: Skills and tweaks

To: all
The following changes are now in effect:
- The new skills now all initiate combat if failed
with as exception rush when not specified with a
target.
- Bearstomp has been changed to level 15. Summon
bear has also been changed to level 15 and a new
type of bear has been added to levels below 50.
Oh, and they have been given some color.
- Pets no longer eat experience from their master,
so you can now use pets while leveling without
gaining less precious experience.
- Pets can now recall from the clanhall, and will
recall along with NPK's as they should.
Further tweaks and changes may follow depending on
what we encounter.
I hereby wish to thank all of you who took the time
to report bugs and good suggestions!
