[133] Bane: Voodoo, pklegend and quest timer

Some small fixes just went live:
- Voodoo is now fully usable in noloot
- pkstat now also rewards clans for kills if it was one of their members' pets that dealt the final blow
- pklegend now rewards everyone that was fighting the victim when the victim dies
Also, recently the questtimer has been fixed to not 'hang' anymore as it would in certain situations.
