[134] Bane: Corpses, PK logs and more

As of right now, noloot pk will drop a corpse when someone dies.
This corpse can be used to create a voodoo. It may also contain
a special item. All I'll say about it is that you'd be wise to
wear a clan item, one you will stick with.
The corpses will contain money like they used to. So while you
cannot lose any equipment, you can lose money. Steal can also
be used again in noloot, again only money can be stolen.
You now have a new command: pklogs. Try it.
I've tweaked the gears of the pkrank system to balance some
things out. This may or may not be directly visible in your
current PK rank. The changes work with backward effect.
Mana cost for meteor swarm has been tuned down a bit. More
changes to wizards will be upcoming.
