To: all
- Steal now works in full on mobs in NOLOOT areas
- Some issues with pkrank have been addressed
- New characters now receive detects so they can see more of the who list
Pklegend has been overhauled. Rating algorithms have been changed and
it now displays more information. Sadly, the listing had to be cleared.
