Thanks to Bane and Kord for helping to get these things in place,
and the builders for all their work!

First - the fixes:
-->Westbridge should have no more color bleed.
-->The mob in Blackstaff will no longer imp players.
-->Hellfire has been tweaked in some major ways. How? You
will just have to find out...

Changes:
-->Abkuku, the moogle on the New Thalos Pier, has a new location...

New Stuff:
-->Off the coast of the Forgotten Realms, somewhere near Candlekeep,
the way has been cleared for people to make visits to the Moonshae Isles...
