[ 28] Istus: August AP Report!

Gah!
Things cooled off considerably in this month compared to last.
I'm going to blame it on summer and people going outside and
living some sort of life. Yep.
We had 12 people participate this month, not including alts,
for a total of 80AP (including some outstanding still go be given).
Not the worst, but hopefully we'll see things begin to pick up
again soon!
Just as a reminder:
* config roleplayer toggles your RP flag on and off
* Notes written for global rp receive 5 AP rather than the regular 2
* Request me or any RPT at a live session to get AP (if I'm invisi, just
note me and if I'm alive, I'll pop in).
