[208] Kord: Rules and you. Wed Dec 11 18:14:09 2013 To: all As per the rules, rulelis read 1 1, and rulelist read 1 2, those rules do STAND in enforce. I realize Bane posted a note about removing those rules, but that doesnt seem to be the case. I will not be changing the rules to suit "once reboot" items, because currently the "once per reboot" system is an old system, and is now being converted. This does three things: 1. Stops the race for specific items when the mud reboots, as well as only allows the items to be claimed whenever the mud reboots. Which could be twice a week, or once a month or longer depending on the stability of the mud. 2. This gives the staff the ability to reboot the mud for copyovers and changes that need to be done. We now wont have to wait a time period to reboot so that people dont farm these items. 3. We will be able to control and govern the time frame on when these items reset. Also, this means that these items wont be dependent on a reboot, and therefore depending on the time frame, the items will be reloaded. Again, from this NEWS on, any reports of kill stealing to aquire an item, or corpse looting will be dealt with with the appropriate plevel offence. -Kord
