[159] Epsilon: A couple of quick fixes sparked by the town hall meeting.

To: all immortal
1: Re-enabled the grandarena command. Kord said it worked right, at some point.
2: "fixed" the bash bug. Formerly, any missed bash caused the person using the skill to rest.
Now, a missed bash only has the original 1.5 round lag time on it, both for mobs and players. This should
avoid all the problems caused by bash. Apparently, this eliminates a way that someone can cheese a fight
against a glad as well. ;p
