Solitary flag has been removed from the one room that had it ...
Healing Rate in actual jail has been upped so as to give the prisoner
a semi-fighting chance when he gets out AND to reduce the chanced of him getting
voodoo'd while in jail ... (Abusing a prisoner in this manner may result in
an owner coming down and ripping your fucking skeleton out through your mouth,
do so at your own risk, no rule posted at this time, but owners don't have to follow
rules)
