To: all
Lotto Machine Room and Lotto Leader Room (with Annette) have
had thier flags toggled so that there will be no_pk, no stealing,
and imp invis will no longer work.
Config summon can be used by users of the lotto rooms to keep from
being summoned out, no need to add flags for stopping that action.
This is in place now, no reboot is nessicary for the changes to be
put in place.
Tyr, the Even-Handed, Grimjaws, the Maimed God, the Blind Overlord,
the Wounded One, the Just God.
