Under a rule change of the Alliance, the blacklist rule that
Alliance member had to follow has been removed.
All Loners and Outlaws are now fair game to be PKed by any
Alliance clan member without provocation. It is up to the
individual RP of the Alliance clanmember to differentiate
between evil loners & outlaws OR undecided loners & outlaws.
Tyr, the Even-Handed, Grimjaws, the Maimed God, the Blind Overlord,
the Wounded One, the Just God.
