[ 13] Tyr: Completion Mprogs added to runs

I have added mprogs to some runs to show when the are completed.
I am not complete with this project yet, but am getting closer,
I have moved over my work so far and will be judging if it is
working properly.
Report any anomilies you see with runs to me, plz.
