[ 25] Nisstyre: Cargo System Bug Fixes, Airship Additions

All of the bugs posted on the Cargo System have been repaired, all Courier
Inventory Rooms are now Air_Safe, Dwarven Cargo should go to the correct
place, and so forth. NOTE: There is (and was as of today) connection to the
airzone in Vector & Mahn'Tor.
Airship Anchor
There is a new airship function called ANCHOR, which more or less allows the
airship to be parked anywhere, and when the anchor is dropped, it will be safe
from attack. You cannot drop anchor in the air, so you can't escape from a
fight quickly. There is only a roughly 7 second delay when using the command,
meaning when you type ANCHOR, you will drop or raise the anchor, and have to wait
roughly 7 seconds before inputting another command. This is so if you do try and
abuse it, someone could hover and the second you raise the anchor, plow into you
with their cannons. If this command becomes a real problem, I will remove it,
so use it nicely.
NOTE that all airships have their anchors deployed automatically. This means
you can leave your ship and even through reboot/crashes, it will remain anchored
and safe from attack, thus if you want to go park the ship in the woods to chill,
you now can. Also NOTE that when you start your airship, it will automatically
pick up the anchor, thus not needed to use the command. The anchor will remain
up. You cannot aim at airships anchored, nor can you aim while anchored, you
also cannot move or teleport, etc.
Airship Hatchways
This I know you'll love, If you are the owner of the airship, you can now
ENTER and LEAVE without the need of opening and unlocking the airship with
your airship keys. Only the owners on the PLAQUE can do this, all others
would need a key.
NOTE: Also wanted to mention those who have been driving, if you happen
to come across doors, like in New Thalos, AIROPEN (Direction) will open doors for you
without the need to get out. This just to note, this isn't a new command, it be old.
