Rub has now been updated to be a skill usable by
all classes, both first and second tier. However,
only Gladiators and Warriors will be able to use
the skill while in combat. All other classes will
be able to use rub to offset the affects of gouge
and rub, but only while out of combat.
To become trained in this new and exciting technique
of eye rubbing, please contact your guild master.
