Insta-Kill mob changed so as to only trigger on Phrase, no longer on attack.
(This conforms with all other clanhalls)
Flag Room Sector changed from Air to Building (All clanhalls sectors are to
be building, at the very least non-Air flagged)
Flag Room Alarm moved to outside flag room (This conforms with all other
clanhalls)
Flag Room Mprog changed to allow all other clans to enter flag room (they
could before due to location of alarm), also added section to keep KotS
members from entering thier own flag room (This conforms with all other
clanhalls)
Tyr, the Even-Handed, Grimjaws, the Maimed God, the Blind Overlord,
the Wounded One, the Just God.
