Top 3 Non-Safe Healing Rooms have had their healing reduced to be
more in line with the rest of the healing of the Mud. CH Main healing
rooms are just slightly better then those availible in the realms.
(Added incentive for joining a clan)
WB Non-Safe Healing Room slightly lower then those requiring a walk.
