For those who might be curious why items are suddenly looking
more...well, bling, this last MUD update introduces some new
things, including color to items previously without any. The
items themselves are exactly the same, and in fact a restring
default on the older colorless items will revert them to their
more colorful versions, meaning there is no way to tell one
from the other (those people trying to sell the olders as
"collectors items" may find this news disappointing).
Basically, you should all notice a lot more items with colors
now, which hopefully will enhance your playing experience here.
Also, a few areas were undergoing testing, so we've been having
some reports of areas missing links or being accessible when
they should not be. If anything looks fishy to you, please let
the immortals know.
